I Survived the Goliad Massacre!
Just before his death in 1870, Andrew A. Boyle dictated these recollections of the Texas revolution to his daughter, Mrs. W. H. Workman. They significantly add another witness to the list of Texan participants who testified that Fannin did not surrender at discretion, as General Urrea claimed, and it gives a firsthand account of the execution of wounded prisoners at Goliad.
