Refugio dela Garza, Rox cura propio de esta ciu[da]d haviendo presedido el h.l. necesario catequismo q[u]e previene el ritual Romano Bauptisá solemnemente y puse los santos óleo y chrisma a Santiago Rox de 23 Nacido enla carolina del sur, h.l. de Santiago Rox y de Juana Rox, fueron sus Padrinos D. Juan Martín de Beramendi y Da Josefa Navarro, a quienes advertí su obligació[n] y parentesco. Y para que conste lo firmá.
